A late night car trip from Lake Conjola, back home to Sydney, closed my Labour Day weekend.

I spent the long weekend with close friends, flopping around just being myself in an 80’s style holiday home. I made a cake of cacao, almond meal and olive oil base, mixed together with a very domestic electric beater. I’d forgotten kitchen mixing beaters existed. Huh. Sunbeam domestic products last the years.

The three day weekend gave me health, through my skin and energy. What a difference a light tan to the forehead does to your confidence and visible glow.

The Summer weekend revived me and moved me closer to freeing my head space. I think these mini-holidays are meant to provide you with growth from the inside and build your resilience of life.
