Plot twist: you don’t need to be ‘fixed’
Plot twist: you don’t need to be ‘fixed’
Navigating a society obsessed with social currencies of thinness and beauty can be demoralising.
And the continual conveyor belt of wellness trends, detoxes and “lifestyle changes” leaves you feeling frustrated, overwhelmed, and inadequate.
You’ve spent years of your life grading yourself based on what you ate that day and what you weighed that morning. Always hoping the next diet will be the answer.
As soon as you reach your *goal* weight, you’ll be happy…
It hurts because you're painfully aware that you turn to "bad" foods for comfort and distraction when you're stressed.
There’s an annoying voice that pops up, second-guessing every-single food choice you make, insisting that it has to be of the highest nutritional value (and causing anxiety if it’s less than “perfect”.)
Maybe you have intense sugar cravings and worry you’re "addicted to food", continually finding yourself in this clouded sense of obsessional and mindless eating patterns.
When you look at photos of yourself in swimwear, you fall down the look-how-thin-I-used-to-be rabbit hole, romanticising about how good it will be when you’re that thin again.
Or maybe you've experienced ideal weight "success" in the past and have since noticed it's much harder to maintain a "healthy" weight than you thought - now, you're white-knuckling urges, and it's hard to let go of the "glamourous, golden days".
Anytime you pass a mirror, your brain automatically spits out negative comments on the size of your stomach and thighs.
You’re constantly body checking and comparing yourself to when you were "smaller" — but you're sick of the self-criticism and the headspace it takes up.
To stop the perpetual shame over food.
A life where you no longer worry about your calories, macros, and protein intake.
(free from the grips of toxic diet culture)
Picture this… you’re out for dinner with friends.
It’s your turn to order, and you feel no stress about the portion size. No worry about the calories.
You’ve chosen something that your body wants. And you’re going to enjoy every last mouthful until satisfied.
But in reality, the food isn’t even the focus of the evening. You’re there to spend time with your friends.
You’re there for the laughs.
The conversation. The memories.
Trusting your body when it tells you it’s hungry
Finishing your meal when you feel satisfied
Not letting your day be dictated by how “good” or “bad” you eat
Strengthening your emotional muscles in order to process your feelings + move on
…because I was a keen nutrition enthusiast; a sugar quitter, a matcha drinker, a real“foodie” with the goal to be thinner, smaller, “perfect”.
I spent SO much of my life restricting food, planning secret binges, regretting those binges, dieting, and obsessing about food and my body.
And as my passion grew, I certified as an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach and scored my dream job at a global wellness brand that helped people quit sugar and processed foods.
While working 9-5, I side-gigged my own virtual private coaching practice, totally inspired 🤩 by the same sugar-free, paleo, clean-eating -esque food values within my company.
Clients shared similar struggles trying to stay “in control” and “on the wagon”, fearing sugar and white carbs.
The truth was, I could painfully relate to the internalized guilt and shame associated with getting ice cream after a movie OR eating cake to celebrate a birthday (normal moments of human connection and joy) simply because “it wasn’t sugar-free or paleo.”🙄
That’s when I discovered an approach to eating that changed everything...
I learned to respect my body instead of criticising it. I had full permission to enjoy all food, instead of restriction & diets.
🍫 Shame-eating really quickly, then hiding the evidence
🥤 Constantly trying new “lifestyle changes”(a.k.a. diets dressed up in fancy packaging)
🚴♀️ Often regretting the food choices you make and trying to “undo” what you’ve done
🪄 Trying to trick your body into shrinking because you don’t feel secure in your own skin
👙 Thinking you’re broken because you don't look how you “should”, (according to Instagram)
One that doesn't revolve around willpower, motivation, and "trying to control" what you eat.
(because it’s the thinking, not the behaviours, that get us into this mess to begin with)
🧠 Shifting patterns of emotional-binge eating — your life no longer revolves around “I shouldn’t be doing this" or chasing the “right” solution because you FINALLY understand how closely binge eating is tied to restriction.
🧠 You no longer rely on diets, or their sneaky counterparts; cleanses, meal plans, calorie counting to dictate decisions around your health.
🧠 Instead, you have a deep understanding of why dieting doesn't actually work — you’ll wonder how you ever believed restriction was ever the answer.
🧠 Uncovering a heightened level of self-awareness and know-how to identify unhelpful thinking so you can effectively respond to it, ensuring you make the right decisions for you and your body. Not what you “think” you should be doing.
You are the first person in 11 years who actually made a difference to the way I relate to food and my body. You’ve changed the way I view nutrition and my whole mindset about health from a holistic perspective has been turned around. Thank you. You know how much I’m grateful for everything we’ve done together!

I’m feeling so happy and hopeful after our first consultation yesterday because for the first time in my life someone has showed me a different perspective of this big issue in my life, apart from “willpower and education”. This is the one thing in my life that I haven’t been able to address and ends up affecting the rest. Again, I could not appreciate you more!

...because controlling your body only leads to more of a desire to control food and your body.
...and because relentless weight focus is keeping you preoccupied with food 🔄
This is not about giving up or letting go of yourself…
THIS IS about understanding that while you need your body to be healthy, you can stop restricting AND feel free in your body because your size isn't a measure of your "success" "health" "self-worth" or security in this world.
THIS IS about unlearning unproductive coping mechanisms, attuning to your innate hunger, fullness, and satisfaction cues, and embodying emotional freedom to reclaim your ability to regulate your food and weight naturally.
Live Your Life Now - Not 5, 10, or 15lb From Now
Develop the muscle of trusting yourself again, so you can listen to your gut and make decisions about what you truly need without second-guessing yourself.
You can be free from worrying about what everyone else THINKS, without the "mind drama" of having to adapt your eating, so you seem "normal" around food.
To be able to go out for dinner, really enjoy the meal and engage in the meaningful moments made with friends because you feel at home in your body, and trust yourself to respond to your hunger, your fullness, and satisfaction cues.
First, we unlearn diet mentality, removing the biggest obstacle to perceiving and responding to internal body cues.
Then, you’ll practice eating with attunement to physical hunger, fullness, and satisfaction cues.
Lastly, you’ll embody self-trust and connection to finally experience emotional freedom, calm, flexibility, and a sense of feeling at home in your body.
Let's break The Joys of Eating Program down even more:
🧠 Unpack unconscious thoughts and feelings that drive icecream-Netflix binges, by bridging an understanding between what you think, what you do, and the results you create ~ we address the root cause first, rather than trying to wrangle the rebellious behaviour (because changing your behaviours first, only works temporarily).
🧠 Loosen the grip of unsustainable food rules, self-deprecating body chatter you've held for years so you can begin to distance your efforts of restraint and control as the core measure of your self-worth.
🧠 Transition out of a restrictive mentality by detangling yourself from the messages you've held about your body, your worth, and how "clean" you eat (hint: structure doesn't have to be about taking things out...it can also be about permission and putting things in...)
🧠 Turn up the volume of your internal voice and get to know yourself better ~ back to the truest, most authentic version of yourself before diets the pressure of weight loss came into your life.
🧠 Repack your brain with deliberate, on-purpose thinking that supports your ability to build self-trust, worthiness, and the freedom you truly seek.
👂🏼 Tap back into your body's innate feedback tape and practice responding, so you can move from "intellectual understanding" to "actually feeling" calm, safe, and relaxed in your body.
👂🏼 Focus on practical ways to rebuild body trust, moving the body to a fed-nourished state - this process becomes tangible and concrete because you have done the unlearning to mentally allow your body to guide you towards the foods you truly need.
👂🏼 Untangle the hunger, fullness, and satisfaction signals needed to normalise the whole experience of eating; when your body tells you what it needs, you know that it's your job to honour it.
👂🏼 Practice experiencing pleasure and satisfaction - the feeling that you've had something delicious, enjoyable, and emotionally nourishing - you've made the internal shift to be able to stop eating the birthday cake because you’ve had enough. You are physically and emotionally satisfied. 🧁
🤍 Navigate difficult emotions and situations without desperately grasping for the next diet or 'safety' through controlling - even when fear, criticism, or self-doubt tries to bring you down, you have the emotional muscles of listening, allowing and processing your 〜human-ness 〜 to then move on with your day.
🤍 Become one of those people that has a 3/4 pint of Haagen-Daz in your freezer for over 2 weeks because you know how to feel instead of avoiding yourself and how to come back home to the most whole, grounded, connected, *sometimes messy* self.
🤍 Resist the need for a "plan", "lifestyle change" or "ideal body size" to allow you to feel enough. Instead, you rely on your own worth and are no longer dependent on something external like the right camera angle, lighting, or a compliment from a stranger to change how you feel on the inside.
The program is designed to guide you towards freedom, trust, and joy with food & your body via Intuitive Eating Principles, coaching models, curated resources, and reflective worksheets.

Seriously, what’s more sustainable than learning HOW TO think more intentionally?
How to discover your own answers (not be "fixed").
How to navigate your own discomforts (because you'll never not have challenges).
Often we're too close to our own "mind drama" to untangle our own knots. It's difficult to solve problems with the same thinking we used that created them.
Just like anything in life, you get true value back through committing yourself, fully.
Aligned decisions that make you grow are going to take you out of your comfort zone. And there can be so much beauty... and value in that alone.
I'm standing by to support you. If this is a good fit for you, then it’s a good fit for me.
Find out by scheduling a consult below.
You wear clothes that fit and don't question your worth if they feel too tight – you just buy new clothes that feel comfortable and focus on getting your needs met.

You've cultivated greater self-trust in your body, and you're continually learning through experimentation.
(and you pretty much only think about food when you are hungry.)
You're modeling the non-dieting adult you wish you had growing up, prioritising your mental health, seeing food as neutral, experiencing pleasure and satisfaction in food.
You move your body because it makes you feel good, no matter your body size. You exercise because you enjoy it, not because you think you have to.
