This program is about YOU. I have a method that will be tailored to suit your individual needs.

PHASE ONE :: Uncovering your blocks, developing internal awareness and unlearning diet mentality 

This first section of the program is dedicated to uncovering the real you. (You know - that girl that kicks around in yoga pants and a messy bun on weekends --- never actually making it to the gym). 

A clear vision of the person you actually want to be helps you to navigate your path and rise above life's distractions.

This foundational part of the program is where we take a look at what beliefs are no longer serving you. This is where I love to introduce core mindset shifts that strengthen your ability to connect more deeply to your intuition.

You probably know you don’t want to go on another diet. You’re open to exploring how listening to your body over following another set of rules and or self imposed restrictions won't really support you long term.

  • Detangle yourself from the messages you hear about your body and your worth from how “clean” you eat (this has little to no bearing on your core self-esteem)

  • Tap back into your body's innate feedback tape and practice responding, so you can cut the rigid food rules and stop thinking like a dieter [for good!]

  • Clean sweep your integrity - let your yes's be yes’s, and your no’s be no's

We'll work through a range of fun exercises that will help you recognise emotions, gather connections and understand the link between the way we think and behave.

PHASE TWO :: Integrating Body Attunement Practices

Part two brings together all of the goodness covered in part one, and walks you through some mental + physical white-space clearing. 

It’s one thing to intellectually understand the concepts and shifts in thinking but it’s not the same thing to experience it. This part of the program is rooted in the values of patience and practice drawing on growing awareness and curiosity from previous sessions.  

  • Fundamental shifts in thinking occur, you are able to connect the dots and experience more (highly satisfying) aha moments as it relates to food, body and your self care. 

  • You're equipped with better questions and tools that help you figure things out on your own and you're able to spot your own patterns and personality quirks

  • You’ve made peace with foods you've made off-limits for years. You feel safe keeping those foods in the house without fear of losing control even during more stressful circumstances.

  • You’re learning through experimentation that your own body can guide you toward food choices that truly feel nourishing. You hold no judgment when you choose to eat foods with lesser nutritional value.

PHASE THREE :: Embodying Mind-Body & Authentic Health

You'll notice incremental shifts in your belief systems, behaviours and habits that mark improvements to your overall quality of life (imagine all the time you'd have if you didn’t have to worry about food and your body).  

  • At this point, Intuitive Eating is well practiced. You've cultivated greater trust in your body (your able to stop eating the birthday cake because you’ve had enough. You are physically and emotionally satisfied). 

  • Limiting beliefs and stories are dropped and your generally just happy with life, where you are now and where you're headed.

  • You’ve observed more consistent and helpful patterns of thought and behaviours towards your eating, movement and emotional state that feels much more natural than it use to.

  • Your challenges are looked at from a different perspective. You may also see breakthroughs in career, physical, spiritual, relational health (we shift one area of stuckness and other areas can burst open).
