PHASE ONE :: UNCOVERING YOUR BLOCKS. REDEFINE YOUR HEALTH JOURNEY. 

This first section of the program is dedicated to uncovering the real you. (You know - that girl that kicks around in yoga pants and a messy bun on weekends --- never actually making it to the gym). 

A clear vision of the person you actually want to be helps you to navigate your path and rise above life's distractions.

We'll work through a range of fun exercises to get you curious and thinking critically about your health. I'll help you recognise these emotions and gather connections and an understanding between the ways we think and behave. 

The best part? I want to give you the first half of phase one FOR FREE. I want to help you make a genuine investment that we will both love.

PHASE TWO :: TAKE STOCK AND TAKING OUT THE TRASH.

Part two brings together all of the goodness covered in part one, and walks you through some mental + physical white-space clearing. 

You’ll explore new perspectives and mindset shifts::

  • Clean sweep your integrity - let your yes be yes, and your no be no. 
  • Untangle yourself from diets and food cravings. 
  • Uncover your eating habits, stress and emotional triggers with guided food journaling and mindful eating practices. 
  • Discover your bio individual needs when it comes to nutrition, movement + connection - self love.

PART THREE :: EXPERIMENT: FIND OUT WHAT STICKS.
